Welcome to TCG Prayer (tcgprayer.com). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We keep the jokes in the product and the plain language in the terms, so here is exactly what you are agreeing to.

1. This is a parody entertainment site

TCG Prayer is a parody “church of pack luck” combined with genuinely useful trading card game information tools. The religious framing — blessings, curses, candles, confessions, absolutions, tithes — is comedy. It is presented for entertainment. Nothing on this site is a real religious service, a supernatural service, or a claim of supernatural effect. TCG Prayer is a parody entertainment and TCG information site. Blessings, curses, candles and prayers do not change pack odds or guarantee pulls. Pack openings are random. Stats and EV tools are estimates based on available data.

2. Blessings, curses, and candles have no effect on real luck

No product, ritual, prayer, blessing, curse, candle, or any other feature of this site has any effect on the odds, pull rates, print runs, or contents of any physical or digital trading card product. Pack contents are determined by the manufacturer before you ever touch the pack. We state this everywhere because it is the single most important fact about this site: we cannot and do not change your odds, and we will never claim to. Curses are fake, harmless and do not affect odds.

3. No guaranteed pulls

Nothing you buy, read, or do on this site guarantees that you will pull any specific card, any rarity, or any outcome from any pack. Our stats and expected-value tools are informational estimates based on available data; they describe probabilities, they do not promise results. A 1-in-20 chance means most packs will not contain the card, no matter how sincerely the pack was blessed.

4. No gambling, sweepstakes, or prize mechanics

TCG Prayer does not offer gambling, wagering, sweepstakes, raffles, lotteries, loot boxes, mystery rewards, or prize mechanics of any kind. Every paid item on this site is a deterministic digital novelty good or tool access: you see exactly what you are buying before you pay, you receive exactly that item, and it is delivered immediately. There is no element of chance in anything we sell. Buying a blessing is buying a joke certificate; buying tool access is buying tool access. Nothing sold here is a chance to win anything.

5. Not financial or investment advice

Card prices, expected-value estimates, and market commentary on this site are informational estimates only. EV estimates are based on sampled or demo data and snapshot prices. They are informational estimates, not promises, price advice, or investment advice. Nothing here is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any card or sealed product. Trading cards are collectibles, not investments, and their prices can go down as well as up — usually right after you buy them.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Because all paid items are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. Placeholder: if you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, item not delivered), contact us within 14 days of the charge via the contact page and we will make it right. Consumer protection law in your jurisdiction may give you additional rights that these terms do not limit — have a lawyer finalize this section for your operating jurisdiction.

8. Trademarks and publishers

TCG Prayer is an independent parody and informational website. It is not owned by, operated by, or officially endorsed by TCGplayer, Pokémon, Bandai, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Disney, Ravensburger, Lucasfilm, or any TCG publisher.

All game names, card names, set names, and logos referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being discussed.

9. User-generated content

Parts of this site let you submit content: blessings with public names, candle messages, confessions, and curses. When you submit content you agree that it contains no:

• hate speech or harassment of any person or group;
• personal information about yourself or anyone else (real names of private individuals, addresses, contact details);
• threats, incitement, or content promoting violence;
• sexually explicit content;
• content promoting or facilitating illegal activity;
• spam, scams, or deceptive commercial content.

You keep ownership of what you write, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the site (for example, on public walls and leaderboards, according to your visibility settings).

10. Moderation

We may remove, hide, or decline to publish any user-generated content at our discretion, with or without notice, including content that violates section 9 or that we simply consider harmful to the community. You can always delete your own confessions yourself, free of charge — the paid “absolution” is a decorative novelty, never a requirement. Deleting your own content never costs anything.

11. Limitation of liability

Placeholder: to the maximum extent permitted by law, TCG Prayer and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. The site and its tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. 12. Governing law
